ABOUT: RETURN POLICY.
Our lawyers have advised us to create a refund policy even though we have never had a problem with getting our products out to our clients and none of
our clients have ever requested a refund. Nevertheless, here it is;
If a shipment gets lost, Denver Smoke Buds will notify you and offer the option for reshipment. Such offer is valid once for each patient with orders using
tracking numbers only, Whole Hemp cannot guarantee orders shipped via regular mail and advises customers to use express shipping for guaranteed and
timely shipments. There won’t be any exceptions to this refund policy.
A patient will only qualify for a refund if the medication was not received in full within 5 or more business days of the delivery date our delivery service
provider quoted has elapsed.
Denver Smoke Buds has to review a refund case before issuing refund. This will under normal conditions take 5-7 business days.
